From numerous visits one infers that the whole stale staff need to be replaced by dynamic and helping natured staff. That too more customers in this branch over many years. Things didn't help. But the young branch manager seems to put the things straight by quick interpretations. It seems bright days are ahead for the customers here.

Govt employee attitude ... Make their salary proportional to the no of people seen by them and the quality of their service .. there is no incentive to see the customers so usually they take their own time ... And who dafaq in this day and age works from 9-3 what kind of pathetic timing is this ?

useless bank.. manager and staff are dumb lazy people. During demonitization these were the worst performers.. dont work.. dont open accounts here even if somebody is pointing a gun at you. Always crowded because the stupid manager and lazy staff take a minimum of 5 minutes even to look at the person standing right infront of them.nThese are the people should be given pink slips.nnThey have taken more than 3 weeks to clear a cheque.
