very poor service they dont know how to handle the customer pls close the branch or change the staff if we asking change also they are not responding properly we are not asking for free we are giving the money for the denomination.

Wish there was a half star rating. These guys are extremely rude and think they are doing us a favor. My mother had been to that branch more than times 25 (no exaggeration) to change my father's account to her name. Every time she went they gave us a new instruction. Phone calls are never attended to and emails are a joke! Stone age banking.
