A nice and affordable place to stay. This place is situated somewhat in the centre of Ooty so there are a few visiting spots nearby like the Nilgiri Toy train station, Ooty Lake and Rose garden. However, there were a few issues with the guest service like hot water accessibility. It is difficult to attain hot water in the bathroom despite switching on the geyser by ourself for atleast 30 minutes and still not getting enough hot water to take a shower in such a chilled climate. Would recommend the service to not be so conservative when it comes to such small issues if the goal is to attract customers and give them a good experience staying at your residence. But despite this, I have to appreciate the owner's modesty and friendliness in helping tourist's with recommending places to visit and helping with any other issues as well. The rooms are also really spacious and hygienic. The owner had helped me sort some issues with my bike by contacting a mechanic to come and sort the issue out at 7 am early in the morning when no mechanic shops won't be open. Grateful for that. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a city centre location and an affordable hotel in ooty.

Had very nice time. Owner mr.solomon planned the whole journey and trip was very comfortable and safe. We can't forget how helpful the manager mr. Ramesh was during our stat. Enjoyed the stay very much.

No parking area. Congested rooms and passages

Seven endue cottages is located in the main ooty area. The hotel services were good and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. They also provides the transport services for sight seeing and the charges are reasonable. The cab guy Prakash's jolly and helpfull nature made our trip very easy to such an unknown places. I would highly recommend this hotel if anyone is planning to visit ooty.
