If you are thinking that this is a tourist place than you are wrong Let me clear this is not a tourist place. Tarang crossing also known as tarang fly over. It has approx 2 km distance from gorakhpur junction and people called tarang crossing because there are tarang cinema ( picture hall ) but this hall is not in operation....means it has been closednAnd if you are going to GORAKHNATH TEMPLE from railway station or bus stand than you will go via tarang crossing....and in evening after 6 or 7 pm this place isn't good for women because there are 2 wine shop and a lot of drunker came here to drink and they stay here for late night while they drink wine in open area but after launching of The dial 100. There police are present with dial 100 vehicle....but according to me gov. Should remove those wine shop from there....

Some years ago there was theater name tarang . On the name of that theater its called as trang crossing.
