Total fraud agency I had booked cab and hotel for Kathmandu in April 2020 and paid advance to them but due to pendamic trip got cancelled and neither company doesn’t initiated refund nor give proper reply. Don’t go for taxi booking with musafir and indian tourist taxi totally fraud agencies.

Today driver was very helpful and loyal. We enjoyed many places with my family with the help of your taxi service.

Trying to call you from last 4 days no update at all if we did not got payment by today 5 PM , we will publish all your guest name who used our service from you and all screenshots and call records with you .nnWe are waiting !

Lots of hidden charges. They dont bother for customer safety and their requirements. The lady Parul is only hungry for money. She charge the fare incorrectly. You have to pay them extra fare which you are not liable. Please avoid musafir cabs when you visit gorakhpur. There are too many can services in Gorakhpur which provides you the best service. Use this cab service only if you want to make your journey worst.
