I wasnt expecting such service from this group..i went for haj with this group..infact they took money from us and booked our tour with another tour agency as they do no have license for haj...but there was no proper management...even we were denied food in mess on second day..there was no responsible person at that time...transportation was worst...they do not even made us stay in mina properly..nWe had booked 5 star package for 4 persons by but we were given room with 3 adult beds and 1 child bed...our lunch and dinner were not arranged in hotel dining.infact we were served in hotel lobby with 3-4 dishes in buffet and it was like we were served lunger...nThey promised for laundry..but when i asked hotel they denied...the tour leader told us that their private dhobi will wash our clothes..who also comes in 3-4 days hiding from hotel staff because it was illegal..nOverall they cheated us..
