It was very bad service from staff. Young boy at reception below age 18 was there who don't kNow to respect customer . He simply denied to accept online payment on Oyo App. Where as my booking was corporate booking. My BOOKING ID: HCEJ2051, still he force to pay by cash or UPI code at reception. He told me that we don't accept online payment or payment done by corporate agent on Oyo app. When we are booking online then why we can't pay online ?

The AC was leaking on me. It felt like a light drizzle in the middle of the night... not romantic at all! ud83dude22nnEverything else was fine...

I m deducting 1star because TV wasn't working and no handwash was given. Apart from that everything was good. Staffs are well behaved.nRooms are clean.They also allow outside food (its just that they wont allow any delivery person to come up in the building, so you can simply collect your food from outside and come back to your room)
