Driver was ok. But the centre owner was very rude and ill-mannered. He even called my wife names (she was the one who had availed the services). All of this on the question of whether our destination was out of city or within (no driver had previously asked for any out of city charge), and if out of city rates had been communicated at time of contracting (it hadn't).nnWhen I had called the centre the prevous day to fix the 'duty', whothe person received the call hadn't even asked where the driver has to report to or the rates they would charge - i had to prompt him all along. There was no reason that i would ask him about something that i was not even aware of. The person at the other end also had not asked anything about the destination. In fact he seemed outright bored.nnI had called up a second time to confirm, and to advance the timing of the driver's reporting at our house.nnBut today, after the trip was over the driver centre owner insisted he had confirmed with me that the drive would be within Kolkata - an outright lie.nnWhen my wife and I tried to point this out to him - that there had been no discussion on this point, he said it's our fault that we didn't tell him, and that we are lying.nnUltimately, we agreed to pay half of the additional amount demanded. But even after that, they continued to behave badly.nnI would advise people against taking services of this driver centre.

I am happy with their service and behaviour. I would suggest to my friends and family members to hire car / driver from Anju Car & Driver Service Centre.
