Kolkata Book Fair

Excellent. Full of crowd, lot of enthusiastic book lovers, artists and art loving people. Book stalls are arranged systematically with map guide for easy access. Security arrangements are sufficient. Food and water are plenty for the book stall hoppers. Communication system has been improved this year.

Kolkata Book Fair is a celebration of the written word and a beautiful way of strengthening the city's literary culture. Walk into the National Digital Library stall to get access to 1.3 crore content in over 300 languages on your phone for free. Was absolutely heaving yesterday but glad I braved the crowd. Very content with my final buys ud83dude0a started with Marquez.

Year 2020 Book Fair was not so good. Lot of International publishers didn't came here. The good point was that arrangements and fast evacuation system was much efficient than earlier. Police was very active. Food arrangements were much organized and cultural programmes, especially folk dances and singing from WB and surrounding states were very nice.

It was amazing... There were lots of variety of book... And many stall are from the other country which really help us to Communicate and interact with them.

It's is one of the oldest book fair in Kolkata the location shifted to central Park about 2-3 years various publications guild are involved in the fair beside that international publishers also take part in this fair. The place is good transportation facilities love this place a lot.
