Pathetic !! Drivers are okay but the cars are in very bad condition. Dirty vehicles, torn seats and AC not working properly. I had booked Ford Aspire for 3 days, first day I was provided with Etios with torn seats and AC not working and a dirty car. After my follow up, on second and third day provided with Ford Aspire but vehicle condition was poor with torn seats. Drivers were good though. Car sent to us belonged to Bengal Taxi Service and not Cab Ryders. We were charged Rs 2250/- per day for this pathetic service. I will not recommend Cab Ryders to anyone.

*Awesome Car Hire Service*. We had great Experience while travelling from Kolkata to Patna with this car rental service . The rate was affordable, driver was good nature and polite, condition of car was good and hygienic with sanitizer available for guests overall it was a great choice.We highly recommend it to try at least once.
