Visited this place in december. No snow at this time.nWe had Deluxe room, view is amazing. Staff is nice and food was good.nRoom was very cold (1 °C) and no heater is provided.nThere is no isolation in this room, either for the cold either for the noise.nIf you have the bad luck to be with noisy neighbors like us that time you will be suffering from the noise.nNo covid precaution, staff is not wearing mask.

Economy rooms are not good... Bathroom is even more bad....go for delux rooms if you want to visit here.
