Service provided by them was great. The quality of frame as well as lens is also great. I am giving 3 start because of the way they force you to give a review to them and not only that they will be constantly watching you while you are rating. Basically they force you to give 5 Star which is a bad thing.

Totally worthy experience. In the past, I used to buy glasses from lenskart but every once in a while I had to change my frames coz the quality was not at par but I visited the Titan store one day to get my specs repaired. They were so cooperative. I never expected such a good quality from offline stores but I guess I was wrong. Now at least I won't be going online for buying specs. I vouch for Titan.
