Historical and oldest temple. Telugu  Indian filmcomposer, Playback Singer  Ghantasala Venkateswararao was great relationship with this temple.nThis is place where Ghantasala found himself a student of vocal music.nHe did that by eating once a day through the week at different houses (aayavaram) or even by madhukaram (begging for food as a brahmin student) and slept night time at this hanuman temple. Some pandits said that Gantasala got blessings from this Bhajana Maruthi( Here Hanuma is in form of singing style )

Maruthi Bhaktha Mandali is also called as GUMCHI is a prominent place that was built in early 1900..now it changed its shape as a complete temple..before 15 years i always found so many retired employees used to sit here and share their job experiences which were useful to the then young employees a lot. I loves to sit here and recall memories of those people. It is located on the bank of AYYAKONERU a famous tank of good olden days. Now i am feeling this place gradually lose its prominence.nHERE is a Hanuman temple which is popular among the other important temples of Vizianagaram

Very old Hanuman temple with good shade for people to take rest on the bank of Ayyakoneru. Famous Harikathas used to take place about 50 years back
