I would give them 2 and half stars. The maintenance of the zoo can be better. There is no one to guide the visitors. They can do a lot better. And point to remember, don't visit zoo in summer. Animals are having tough time to cope up with heat. Had a good animal collection but the only thing that kills the excitement is that it is not well maintained. The animals most of the time are depressing to see. Even visitors can feel the animal's depression. And zoo is too long to walk and car kills the fun. The zoo provided cycles are expensive and very less. Not everyone can buy the services. If the Zoo personnel made necessary changes to make the visitor experience interactive with at least some of the animals like Singapore zoo, then I can say that Vizag zoo will become the best in Asia. It has the resources, but the maintenance of zoo personnel is lethargic. Except, the people who clean the zoo. Kudos and a bow to those people who are cleaning the zoo of trash left by public especially. Finally, in one simple sentence, exploring the zoo by walking can leave you tired at the end the day.

It's okay, but not an extraordinary place. Maintenance can be improved.nCons:n1.Entry ticket is too much for that small place.n2.Can increase the animals number. Only few animals entertaining the visitors, where some of them are being captured in cage.n3. Facilities like drinking water should be available for every reasonable distance with clear sign boards.n4.Canteens are charging excess than MRP.nPros:n1.Good place to take fresh breath.n2.we can enjoy the nature

Not that happy visiting this zoo.. You can hardly see any rare animals or get picture captured.. I have been to other zoos this is the least place I liked. Riding cycle was fun but you have to get down and walk to see places.

Guys ! Best zoo in Andhra Pradesh as of now.. you'll find every animal n bird species here and with a beautiful environment ,Best place for Family n friends go enjoy a gathering or a picnic
