Just Drive Self - Driven Cars™

We have booked small size car with just drive. We had mixed experience with Just drive vehicles. The vehicle allocated to us originally wasn’t that great but post complain customer service representative has managed to get us replacement car which was very old vehicle but far better then the first one. Kudos to customer services, it was friendly, responsive and prompt. Our overall experience was medium to good.

Everything went smooth, no issue when picking the car. The car is new and The staff is very friendly, helpful and they speak very well.nWe had no issue with the car, no surprises, as everything was well explained over the phone when we decided to hire the car, using the online payment with link only.nThe most we appreciated the easy process and the small deposit we had to leave for the 22 days of rental.nWill definitely be chose again to hire with you for our next trip.

I booked nissan micra on 30 th may and overall experience was good. Vijay, car delivery employee, was on time and seems to be very professional. His service made me to provide this high rating. On the other side, the car seems to be not in good condition. This car is not pocket friendly as the mileage of the car is only 12km/litre and that too in the outskirts drive. I travelled 190 km and had to fuel the car woth 1600 rupees (1310 at the end and 300 in the morning). I drove the care in a stable manner and was suprised to see suc a less mileage it delivers.

Pocket friendly rates. The car was having little bit of problems but without considering it everything was good.
