Ginger Surat (Piplod)

The hotel is affordable, I mostly stay at it when I am in Surat. Great staff starting from reception to the house keeping people. Clean rooms and good food is what one looks for when they are on a business trip. House keeping is great specially Sujata does a great job. At the reception, Sheetal does a good job too.

Awesome, super hygienic and safest food.. super clean rooms. Most hygienic and very comfortable place to stay and eat... A Must visit hotel.

I stayed at Ginger for 15 days in may 2021 taking care of two super senior citizens .nnThe hotel staff Attitude, cleanliness and quality of food was simply outstanding even in difficult covid times when they had less occupancy.nnRooms on the third floor where we stayed were well lighted and clean .nnThe location of the hotel too is in a posh locality with many avenues to walk recreate and eat out .nnStrongly recommend !!!

Service is nice. But food is just disgusting.they wil serve you preserved food. If you order food u wil end up eating 2-3 days back food. Just disgusting, mainly in that food section. If u complaint they wil cover everything is just fine. Literally worst food ever had mainly in that breakfast. If you to stay just book room. Don't waste your valuable money ordering in that restaurant. And prices are too high compare to taste.
