One of the largest craft mela in India. It is how huge and involves some walking to explore all areas. A little bit of uneven territory.nThere are hundreds of shops where the artisans sell their stuff directly to customer. Handicrafts, cutlery, clothes, bed sheets etc are very beautiful and unique but some bargaining is required.nWarning- Huge crowds, large parking with high charges, bit of dust if it dry and muddy if it suddenly rains.nNearby hot water springs and a lilarge baoli can be explored if you have time and energy left.

Every year, the Surajkund Crafts Mela is organized by the Surajkund Mela Authority & Haryana Tourism in collaboration with Union Ministries of Textiles, Tourism, Cultural, and External Affairs. The Surajkund International Crafts Mela celebrates the rich diversity of Indian culture and traditions and showcase the ethos of rural India. Surajkund International Crafts Mela represents some of the most exquisite handicrafts and handlooms of India. People from different nations and more than 20 countries participate in this Mela to showcase their country’s rich culture, heritage, and art.
