Deols

HP tourism has some very spacious guest houses. I always prefer to stay there as they are comfortable. May not have great service like star hotels but it is kept well though they can do a better job. For the price I think it is great.

So this place is not actually deols but is named the silver moon ... Owned and run by the Himachal tourism ... Ensure yourself to check rates online !!! Don't rely on the counter ...nIt's a humongous property with gigantic aura ... For random one of the oldies around told us that the property was built as a personal guest house by the English and was later own reserved by the itc for our big shot netas !!! For another fact check the great old pm nehru and Indira Gandhi both were permanent to this place !!!nThe hotel has 6 rooms in toto out of which4 on the first floor and 2 on the ground !!! As mentioned above ... The rooms are huge ... Way more than a regular presidential suite ... The food was ok ... Definitely not a recommendation to dine here ... But spend a day here ... Drop your car and do as the Romans do ... Walk foot !!! Everything is just on the corner !!!

Nice place to stay for a night. The management should look into the horticulture of this place as they have a very nice green patch of land.nOld but big rooms to stay in.
