Good hotel with above average service. Food was fine, room I stayed was on second floor had wonderful mountain view, rooms were clean well maintained. Their house keeping needs improvement, we had to ask for towels every time (service was delayed may be due to improper communication between reception desk and house keeping). I may recommend this hotel.

Rooms are spacious and nice view of mountains. Hot water is available from 6am-10am and 6pm-10pm. Food is reasonable and average. Market is approx 15-20mins away.

Hotel was clean and rooms are very specious. Breakfast and dinner was nice as normal. The major problem arises when it come to services and staff members. In the season of Jan when temp is -10°C and hotel provide hot water only for limited time and in that time also their boiler doesn't work properly. In rooms tubelight not present.

The hotel is very good but the management is not very responsible. Could have done much better, especially in group bookings.

We just went for a breakfast. It took too much time to serve. Nothing special
