Mixed Reviews - The actual reality!nnWe read so many mixed reviews about this property but still decided for it after getting a good deal online.nnThe luxury cottages are super tiny. The room ends before starting. Space inside the room is well appointed though. The room overall looked clean but the sheets had tiny holes. The hand towel was stained. The bathroom is cramped. Though the over all feel of the property is nice as there are huge empty spaces/lawns. Its a 2.5 star resort with very basic amenities. Don't go here and expect a good hotel type hospitality. We complained about a flickering light in the bathroom at the time of check in and till our check out it was not rectified or even attended to (we stayed 2 nights/3 days). Food service is quick but food options and quality is very basic. Not a good place for a foodie. Even though they have a menu listing quite a few things, you only get to eat out of the 5-6 things the cook/chef decides to make for the specific meal. Breakfast spread is super small. This resort is not next to the river as it advertises!!!!! It is next to a stream that meets the Beas river. To reach the river/river bed, you need to walk on stones, large and small for about 5 minutes figuring your way to the river (It is fun and a bit dangerous). Go here only for a budget trip with friends!!!
