Pathetic behavior of staff and room service. They don't even have proper restaurant. The rooms stink and the toilets were dirty. We had to call thrice to get toilet cleaned. Food is bad. There was only one greater for the room, the temperature was -2 degree. No Wi-Fi connection. The attitude of the people sitting at the reception was very bad. Don't waste your money by staying here.

I visited the place for my summer vacations. It was very peaceful, not much rush. The service was very fast, and efficient. A suitable place for all: friends, family, and individuals as well. The view of the rooms were very beautiful. Would love to stay here again.

This hotel is well maintained property at this beautiful hill station, PATNITOP. As i stayed in this hotel by the month of this march so it was quite cold outside, Reception desk to room service was excellent. There is one ropeway project coming up in patnitop by this year which is next to the hotel only so it would be more excitement after that.......... I have heard this ropeway project in patnitop is full of adventure and thrill activities which can be used for day fun. This hotel must be the first preference after that, i am sure. Kudos to Vardaan Hotels !!!
