Food was bad, my stomach got upset. There was no cupboard in room. Furniture is below average. Hotel administration is not customer friendly, just focusing on money. Will not book again.nAbout Patnitop: Overall patnitop is a poorly maintained hill station. There is no market for shopping, no good restaurants, few places to see.nNot worth visiting with family. Better chose some other place to spend time and enjoy. Will not recommend this place for holiday.

Owner of the hotel and staff was awesome rooms very clean and hygiene wi-fy on each floor good hot water, dj and campfire provided ..my excess payment went to hotel 28000 owner was so nice amount was refunded instantly when they came to know...best place to stay will visit again we were 39 people and owner gave as 2rooms free of cost also .

Room service is not good and the manager has no sense how to behave with guests whatever they promise at the time of booking they denied every time they ask for extra money no d j timings no bonfire only money rest staff is good no hot water for bath no power backup

It wasn't not a Dream land this hotel hasn't capable to handle large gathering of tourists. U will call again and again to get 1 glass of water to ur room

Bad food, a big no for family stay. If you are group of guys then you can go for it they have limited timing for bon fire ud83dudd25 and songs. Service wise ok not good because they are not in senses to listen. Overall not to book again place.
