Recently I have visited this hotel and it was one of the best thing in my tour. We planned to visit Kashmir in non season but unexpectedly the day we started from Srinagar it self snowfall started heavily and by the time we reach Khaleel palace it was covered by snow and looking so beautiful.nPositives:n1. Hotel was neatly maintainedn2. I was provided by a small room heater it was useful and enough for the room.n3. Breakfast and lunch was nice.n4. If we order snacks it will take time but for a reasonable price only when compared to other places.n5. We have bed heaters also.n6. Hotel location is also best.n7. They way they treat customers is very nice and friendly ud83dudc4dnnNegatives:n1. Bathroom need maintanancen2. Few rooms are having AC setup which will stop at night.. instead providing a room heater will be best.n3. If we order snacks or food after 3 they will take more time .. minimum 30min to 45min.So order early to skip the delay. Even if we want onions also ud83dude1c

Dirty rooms, unfriendly staff, poor food and overall hygiene.nCannot distinguish between cleant staff and restaurant staff.nBuffet food is very poor quality.nNone of the staff member knows 'h' of hospitality...very cold faced... hardly give proper response. Haven't seen a guy smiling in their staff.nDid not even have an automated bread toaster...that's a basic.nPoor quality mattress, linen and blankets/quilts.nThe only good part is that they are near the Gondola office.

Very ordinary place. Centralized heater is not running through the night. No electric kettle or Toileteries provided in rooms. There was very frequent power cuts and the electric heated blankets won't work after the power comes on.nCouldn't sleep.. Dinner and breakfast buffet is very ordinary. Tasteless and stale. Avoid at all cost

Amazing hotel. Stayed last week. Great food. Prompt service. Outstanding hospitality. It's must hotel in Gulmarg.
