It is the best hotel in Gulmarg. The hotel looks great and is very well maintained. The facilities they provide are top notch. The rooms are spacious with great views. The cafeteria serves wide variety of foods and are very well prepared. Overall is a great hotel to stay.

They say hotel is 3/4 stars. But the service is very pathetic. On calling the frontdesk they hung up the call without ever letting us complete what we want to say. There's lot of issue with the hot water in day time even when the water is freezing cold. Either the water is very cold or very hot. They won't provide u the sugar/tea/coffee/milk sachet until u call and ask 5 times. I had taken a deluxe room but it wasn't worth. On asking for the bottle of water they will fill up the water in a used bottle. There were nails coming out of the wood on the floor in the room. I had to call them to fix that. The tap lever easily comes off on opening. The central heating system is bad. You will sweat even when there's minus temperature outside. The wood plate on the wall inside the room easily comes off even with the slightest of the pressure when you just wanna take support to enter the bathroom.

Great scenic view and at the best location, just few minutes walk to gondola ticket counter. Rooms are well managed and staff is really good.nPerson staying here must visit the cafeteria of this property.

4 Star hotel property , beautiful location.food was awesome and all arrangements were good. I love to visit again, Gondola ride is 10 minutes walking distance. Beautiful View from the Rooms.
