Jhilani and his team were really great. He arranged for a very experienced instructor (Moosa - Highly Recommend) to help us with all the activities in Gulmarg. His staff were always available for any help required. I would recommend this place

Great location, amazing views, friendly staff and good food. Jhilani was great help sorting out ski equipment and activities. They light a fire in your room at night, was very cosy.

The Average room cost is much more higher than usual, during the peak season the hotel owners put a spike on average room cost which is unbearable and is certainly an exploitation of tourists and locals. I will certainly recommend everyone travelling during peak season the stay in the hotels located in the periphery of Gulmarg or Tangmarg to save more expenses.

Please never ever visit this hotel ,room heater was not working, there was scarcity of water in the tap ,we even can't able to get refresh in the morning ,one morning they cut our room light connection too,they charged us 9000 for only two days, there was only one staff and he was just ignoring us
