Horrible service at the Reception. Inspite of our booking with via OYO at this hotel, the reception staff refused to provide the room with extra bed. We had confirmed via phone in the morning around 9am and also said that we would be checking in late. When we reached at 10pm with my 2 young kids, the hotel staff refused to give a room with extra bed and talked very rudely and started arguing. Even calling the OYO customer agent didn't help as they disconnected the call. Horrible service. We had to walk out and book another hotel on spot in the middle of night. Please don't risk your stay at this hotel.

Location on google maps is wrong. The actual location is near The Hangout cafe. Overall service and rooms are excellent.

DBR suites is very nice place to stay in Bangalore..Hotel manager and staffs are very cooperative and kind people..And all facility they are provided properly.And complementary breafast was also nice..so one can prefer this hotel for stay..
