Maintenance and cleaning would make it better. A lot of things broken in the bathroom. Cobwebs in the bathroom.

Budget stay hotel and lil musquitos during night time...overall nice.nThey charged us (₹750/night) for Non AC.

as on Jan 2021.. this is just my opinion, giving three Stars as we had to deal with mosquitos and the fan was not helping it. They have promised to fix em both up in coming days.

Would be fine for someone who is doing solo travel. I took a Non-AC room despite summer and the humid of Malabar. Should be Okish if your room is well ventilated. My room merely had any air. Location is good, for the itenery I made this property is in the centre. Price is fine. Should be fine with AC rooms
