Home away from home. Excellent customer care, neat rooms in a silent corner of the city.

It is not in town area and we have to travel upto 5kms for good food or shopping. It can't be categorized in the list of a 4 star hotel. WiFi was not available. tried calling the staffs multiple times for WiFi issue and they were like it will be fixed soon. But there were nothing happening from their side to fix those issues, instead stating that it was cable issue and nothing can be done from their side.one of the staffs behavior was really irritating. I chose package with complimentary breakfast ,but at that time only dosa was available and it was so sour. its just expensive.4 star standard is just maintained in the price.That's it!nThere Are many other good rooms available in the town area at low cost.

I wonder how this hotel got a 4 star rating for such terrible service.First of all , there were no wifi at all , which is very imperative for a luxury hotel. I had mentioned regarding the wifi to hotel staff several times, yet they didnt pay attention . Secondly,the room was disgusting.Bathromm was filthy and everything was messed up in the room. Also, i had terrible experience with hotel staff who was supposed to take care of customers., meanwhile he was ill mannered. I was pestered by the act and serivce of this hotel.
