Premises is good, but poorly maintained. There is anything only one boy to maintain the 8 rooms here. As there is no compound of wall for the property, it is only an open area parking.nWhile booking it shown complimentary breakfast. But once checked in it was denied by hotel. The cleanliness is not that good inside room and toilet. No water provided to drink. No bed coffie or tea. No TV. The light inside toilet was not working. We have to wait and call up someone to fix it. Rather than family or business, they run this for couples. One can't expect anything beyond.

Very new place less than a month old as on 7th October 2019.. recently registered with Oyo.nnSo u get crisp clean new rooms well build good bed nice interiors..nnMost of food outlets are yet to be operational except multi cuisine restaurant and a cafennRoom rent : approx 1000/- for couple booked through OyonnCleanliness: 5nnValue for money(restaurant):. 4 slightly expensivennCons: new place most things not set..n1. During power cut backup didn't work (not sure if backup really exists)n2. No towels provided .. ( reason given due to rain all washed towels got wet so delivery would be next afternoon only)n3. Went to restaurant and placed our order, within few min tried enquiring whether i can order nan instead of roti.. reply was once order is placed cannot be cancelled.. this was even when order preparation was not started...n4. No TV remotes in one room .. other room remotes didn't have battery cells.. needed to remind 4/5 times before someone camen5. No soaps provided .. again needed to remind several times before it was givenn6. COT has several sharp edges two of us got hurt on legs a few times...n7. Went for breakfast around 8 am no tea or coffee .. reason given milkman didn't arrive yet!!nnEssentially if u need a clean and neat place to stay overnight not expecting any service go for it...
