Fraud agent denying home delivery and returns parcel mentioning false reasons like wrong address.

Very poor quality of service. People are worst here and don't have any sense to provide information about our parcel. Better chose other courier services who does care about parcel.

Tracking was too bad. Peraon has to take followup by themselves. Delayed the courier too much even after reaching at the hub. Too bad experience, lost customer because of them.
