Lost SIM here today...They misplaced it and saying it's not finding after 10 days wait (not living in Latur city)..They should have kept sim safely or given back with mobile... I lost a recharge of year due to it...No proper management...Manger itself unaware whats happening in store...They are not customer caring people nor our device caring people. it's money making business for them...Lots of people have issues with MI devices...Beware and take care in advance...These people will not help you ....It's my experience which happened today...

Service was so poor. The employees don't do their work properly.nThey will make you wait for so long and that to really small things.

Worst service ever got from this service center. I gave them mobile to repair and they told me it will take 1 day first and bill will be 600 to 700. Next day I called them they said your mobile battery is damaged so now your bill will be 1700 likewise. And it will take 10 days, I said if problem solved then ok but they took 15 days and today they said your mobile motherboard is damaged so bill will be 7000 around. When I called on day 14th they said problem solved you can pay bill and take your mobile but when I went there all problem is same just like as it is. And there is someone else is there, they also did same with that guy too. This store haa zero capability to find out exactly problems in mobile. They just wasted my 15 days.
