Service Speed is medium (improvement possible). One thing that i did not like was the personnel there do not specify exact time for repair. The person said 10 -15 mins, but i ended up waiting 1 hr. There is only one attending. There are 2 more people but they just sit there idle. I think there should be atleast 2 attending. The service, etc was fine.

Giving 1 star to the fast service they provide like if have faulty earphones then it will take them about 15 days to replace, even after 15 days there will be no stock available they will ask you to come other day, imagine if there is any problem with mobile or other products.
