OYO 15119 Vista Service Apartment

The hotel is not so good but it's OK. The staff behaviour Okk not very cooperative. This is 500 meter away from parkwood.nThe nearest restaurant is Balaji food junction which food is awesome and that is pure veg. The menu also available in hotel. In front of hotel, a tea shop that tea is Okk. Room conditions not very gud, there are many mosquitoes and dust. The POP also fall down. This is 1 km inside from main road. Hypercity mall is near to this hotel nearly 1.5 km. The Gud think is on every floor a room service person available.

Worst experience!nnMy experience staying at this OYO 15119 Vista service apartment property @ Yashoda Apartment, Sanghavi Hills, Ghodbunder road was worst and terrible!nnThe staff was very unprofessional, rude and unwelcoming. Room was untidy with lots of cockroaches roaming around. The bedsheets and linens were dirty!nnThe check-in process was slow and cumbersome. To my surprise they said that their property is not available for guests traveling from Mumbai, while this condition was never indicated clearly while accepting the hotel booking through OYO app.nnEven after online payment of the entire amount of stay in advance, the hotel staff called me and said that they have not received money from OYO team and disturbed me in their internal nuances with OYO!nnWe requested for a simple Jain breakfast (like Poha/Upma) but they did not accomodate to our request eventhough i had paid for breakfast in advance!nnOur purpose for booking this OYO property alongwith the family was to just freshen up and get ready for marriage functions we had in a nearby 4 star property, which was already booked.nnMy experience about staying in this property was pathetic and will not recommend it even for a short stay. I checked out early from this property due to such discomfort and terrible experience.nnI believe paying a few hundreds more for a better propery with good service and food is worthwhile than spending money for stay in this property !

This is a mosquito room. I personally killed more than 50 mosquitoes & still there were many. Spiders & it's web too. They didn't even provide an Allout / Goodnight machine. It was a shared bathroom. Location is very very far from the main road. extreme bad experience. My worst Oyo experience till date.

To be honest this is the best budget hotel you can find in this area, people have had mixed reviews on google but trust me the staff in the hotel is more than helpful when it comes to anything. I had booked 26 rooms in this hotel for a family function and service was A class. The best thing is that this is a family OYO and you don't need to worry about anything. Would love to stay there again whenever possible.

Nice and affordable place to stay when in thane. Easily accessible from main road. Courteous staff. Clean rooms and clean bathroom. Breakfast is available.nnCons - the road from main road towards the hotel is dimly lit.
