The place is good for functions as it has good banquets and halls and offers good quality food. The only place of concern is rooms, I would NOT recommend anyone to book rooms in here unless one wants rooms at cheap rates. The room service is very much poor, the staff is not skilled at all and also not nice. ATLEAST 7 out of 10 rooms will have some sort of problems. The wifi connection in the rooms does not have stability. The extra mattress requested will be in a very bad condition. In my personal experience for extra mattress, I got a pillow with used and stained pillow cover, and the sheet given as blanket was wet, when asked for replacement the guest room attendant said he will come back but never came. Then coming to bathroom, it was not cleaned from the corners also the toilet bowl/pot was very much uncleaned if looked properly. Also the hotel has seperate elevator for guests and staff personal, but the staff personal uses the guest elevator causing mess sometimes, specially in the morning when the garbage is carried from the guest elevator making it stinky for atleast an hour. Me being a hotel management graduate found the hotel room's service VERY BAD and would not recommend the hotel unless an emergency.

Small banquet. No place for live counters. Once you start live counter need to stop Air-con. Food is okay.
