This is to be learned by all hotel owners. What does a customer need? Clean rooms, clean bedsheets and towels, a comfortable bed, Good AC, hot water, a working TV and a reasonable service. This hotel has managed to keep all the basic things perfect and that is why they deserve a 5 Star. All the things were on point.nnOkay there were 2 things that were not good.nn1. The WiFi was not working.n2. The cleaning staff must clean the rooms properly after a guest leaves. I found 2 packets of condoms in the room. Doesn't matter to me but can be a problem for people coming with family.nnStill I would give them a 5 star as I was happy with everything and the above 2 things didn't matter much to me.

One of the best hotels in dombivali Rooms were Spacious & clean The hotel staff was very helpfull as I checked in late night but the staff was very co operative Overall a great stay

An hotel with excellent service and all the saftey measures were taken care of. The hotel rooms were clean and were in budget.
