Room rates are reasonable here but you may not get rooms if you walk in. Better book your room before 2-3 days.

Very convenient place from Thane railway station and easy to travel across mumbai. Rates are also somehow affordable. But the management never give you Non AC room to sale first AC room. This is not a ethical practice in hotel business. Hotel can't force customer for AC room even after non ac rooms available.
