Very poor sale service . Had gone to check Innova crysta on a Sunday afternoon. But there was no one at reception to attend customers and nor there were any sales executive. Then after searching for few minutes found a housekeeping guy who said he will inform someone to attend. But later said that I will have to wait and don’t know for how long. Looks like they are Toyota is now satisfied with their sales and no more interested in satisfying customers with good service.

Last week due to accident of my car I have send to repair work at millennium Toyato Wagle estate the way Mr Swapnil attend our service call was amazing. He involve personally and within 48 hour he done all required job with 100% perfection. I have ask henceforth my car should be attend by Mr.Swapnil only ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

While I didn't buy my car from Millennium Toyota, I chose this place for the regular servicing of my Toyota. I am extremely pleased by the service I have received so far. I have to mention how the staff here goes the extra mile to attend to clients and customers. Recently, I needed my car to be urgently serviced and I wasn't sure if I could visit the service centre with my pet dog (can't leave him alone). However, I was pleasantly surprised with the way I was welcomed at Millennium Toyota. The staff made me feel very welcome and made sure it wasn't awkward or inconvenient with my pet around. I was attended to in the best possible manner, was patiently helped with every insurance formality and I don't have to mention the excellent job they did with my car. I convey my sincere thanks to Deepak, Pratik and Rahul, in particular. All the very best!

I had given my glanza for 3rd free service. The cleaning was so pathetic I could see patches all over the car. Worse, they put a dirty worn out floor mat for the drivers seat which was not mine at all. The car was picked up for service and dropped back by their personnel. I showed him all these and he called up the service engineer immediately and he said he will do something about it. He didn't even bother to call back. Very poor professionalism.
