I'd like the Lodge management to :nnAlways greet guest and colleagues with a smile and maintain a friendly and pleasant expression.nnMake the guest feel comfortable and safe- a home away from home experience.nnBe ready to assist the guest when needed.nnI've had my share of experience and it wasn't pleasant at all. And therefore I hesitated to recommend it to my colleagues and my friends whenever they make a trip to Longleng. Omega lodge is far much better.nTo run a business, one should at least have the proper knowledge and the etiquettes to interact with the customer if one prefers a good reputation of their establishment. It may be a mere business but it leaves behind a deep impact.nn(I do not mean to be offensive or be disrespectful, but you get back what you serve.)

Stayed for 4 days and experienced Very poor service with proprietor(both husband&wife) attitude level 101%. They enters your room anytime without permission even when you are in room to check rooms. ud83dude21 curry was good but they provide supply rice. And twice we got half cooked.when we complained about it, they scold us back saying hudai kot bhal pabo . Come on, we pay 200 per plateud83euddd0 No breakfast in the morning. We cannot expect heaven everywhere but this one is not a place you'll want to go. Have being to other districts as well but never experienced like this one. 1500 per day deserves better service. And this post is totally not Exaggerating. Go and experienced it. ✌
