One of the best hotel in jorhat... For stay .. I jst stayed one night at this hotel .... The staff r very helpful . .nEffortable price ... Food was very nice.. and fresh ...At my opinion no other 3star property is much effortable then hotel earl grey ...and one more thing it's very easily to locate ....

Services are fine ambience is decent. You might miss the politeness at the reception as these people are not much customer friendly. But the substaff at the hotel are quite helpful and prompt to the service.nnOther benefits: Comfortable stay, Restaurant, On-road so easy availability of transport.nnCaution: If you have booked the room from OYO kindly confirm by calling at the reception as they do not accept bookings from OYO.

Though their website accepts bookings through OYO, but they deny that booking and ask for higher rent. It is a fraud completely. If u talk to the higher authority they will also do not cooperate with you. After 2 nd half hours' struggle and pressurising them from different authorities we finally got our room. After paying high rent also u will not get common things like towel, electric kettle etc. But one thing I would like to mention that room service persons were good and room was kept neat and clean always by them. Quality of complementary breakfast was also good. So, it was a mixed experience for me. Make sure that, u do not book this hotel through OYO and keep it in mind that, u are not gonna get proper services which u paid for.
