Staff people are very nice but a bit slow when it comes to timely preparation and serving. Not very experienced staff either.nRooms are very big and spacious. Modern construction with wooden work but a bit less maintained probably due to less people visiting it because of it location.nOverall nice stay but could have been better.n3.5 stars overall

Very specious and we'll maintained rooms. Few rooms also have partial see views. Foods are not that good. I would recommend to skip their food unless it's absolutely necessary.

It's ok for the price, but don't have that standard of a resort. Room space is great. Service is definitely very poor.

On my stay ,I was told to wait 15 min for the room even though I already had booked beforehand.there were mosquitoes in the room. I had a tiff with cleaning staff beacuse he passed a comment or to without anyreason but later on he aplozied too. Overall the staff behaviour and service was good , i won’t say best beacuse of the cleaning boy behaviour . The room was no doubt spacious and good but the restaurant in the hotel was closed and the food serve was not at its best. The positive side was only that the few hotel staff were of very helpful nature and behaviour waise too . On the most important alret i would give for the people who are going to visit the hotel , please be careful of the fraud of duelex and super duelex room beacuse all the room are of same size and same look. I booked for super dulex and paid extra but later on i got know that every room is same and their excuse was due to covid or amphan storm they did this to attract customer. So beaware of this foli. Their is netwrok issue too no wifi is avilable .

Had booked for stay through an online portal for a day. Totally regret it, big time. The dampners are as follows-n1. The ac was defective, was running on fan mode, without any cooling, a non operational ac remote. An operational remote was provided though later. Ac continued to be defective (sensor problem)n2. No spoon or stirrers. The tea bags are likely bought in a bigger cover. Thus the tea bags provided in room are without any sealed cover.n3. Paint peeling off from walls. Unpolished wooden flooring.
