Excellent location. Opt for the sea facing rooms. Avoid ground floor. The place do not have modern facilities.The food is good. Maintenance of rooms is poor. Pest control is not done properly. Staff do not bother much to maintain hygiene probably because of the demand. The service otherwise is fair. Quite helpful staff.

Reception or so called front desk is incapable of attending to customer's request. They are limited to providing rates for rooms only. A request for a mosquito repellent or spray takes them an entire evening..

I has visited Puri 4 times, all the time my hotel was the same. Very good hotel.. Food was also great

Excellent place to stay. Very very close to sea beach. Good food, nice rooms. The ground floor rooms are a great place to stay for elderly guests also. A big lawn, well maintained.

As soon as we reached the hotel, the security guard at the hotel talked rudely to us and asked us to park our car outside. I was obviously furious with this and rebuked the guard for his bad demeanour. Told him that I would register a complaint at the front office, but later decided not to create a scene at the very beginning of our trip.nLater we found out that the room given to us was not upto the mark. We paid such an exorbitant rate and the room given to us was pathetic to say the least. It was for some reason at the tail end of the hotel with almost no view and when we complained the person at the desk just said that all other rooms were sold out. I doubt if that was the case, since lots of guests checked in lot later than us and even on the next day.nTo make matters worse, the intercom in the room was not working, and the bathroom was not clean and not upto the standard.nFew of the staffs were well mannered but overall our experience was really bad and I would never stay at this hotel again.
