One of the best hotels in Puri. There are reclining chairs to relax in the balcony attached to the room and the view from there at night is simply fantastic!!! The rooms are also reasonably priced but you need to book your rooms well in advance, especially if you plan to stay during the peak season. The restaurant of the hotel is also very good but suffers from lack of proper staff. Also, one of the biggest problems here is network availability and Internet connectivity which is not available in some rooms but it works very well in the reception area.
Charge is quite high from their accommodation. There is no fixed rate. If you want sea facing room then dont choose the ground floor. Bed is soft and comfortable. Room is quite short and there is no cupboard or any tables..basically you don't have any storage for your luggage.
I am not satisfied with their services. Atleast it should not have any star. One thing is good- that is food.
Today i visited the bar at the hotel and had the worst experience there. Specially with bar manager Mr. Pramod Nayak. He was very rude and not at all customer centric. His attitude was so very upsetting and careless. I would never recommend this bar if you want to have a good time with your buddies. Third class place in puri.
Very poor service,if you only go for sea view from hotel room it good ,or other service in this price range if compare you find big zero.nI was visit here 10yrs ago it's just a best hotel with food service,room service was excellent but now just 10days ago I visit and stay here 03night I found nothing good service from them,food also very bad,not fresh.nRoom also dirty,not proper sanitizenLots of maintenance needed.
