Very interesting point is they don't care about visitors value who comes along with customer like they have seats available inside outlet but they are asking visitors to wait outside of outlet. I felt they don't have proper knowledge how to handle a customer in proper way.

Pretty good behaviour with promot response. Service was also quite good. Over the times Mi's service experience has improved a lot and kudos to them for this.
