Excellent accommodation. Best in panchalingeshwar I would say. Good quality food. Very good hotel staff. Very helpful owner. Had a great experience here. Clean rooms, clean washrooms, mountain view, nice rooftop too... Great place.

The experience is really good. It's feel like a home stay not a hotel. Quality of the food is outstanding. Room service and the drivers are also great. Most importantly the owner is a very nice guy. Highly recommended.

To me Sakuntala Niwas is an ideal lodge to stay at Panchalingeswar. Situated just on the foothills of Nilgiri hills. Rooms are simple cottage like and have 'Asram' like courtyard. Rooms are so naturally shaped you don't need AC even in summer. Price is so reasonable and here food is just 'osom' Proprieter Bikash is cordial informative and cooperative. I am looking after to visit Panchalingeswar again and stay at Sakuntala Niwas.
