Very expensive ~2k- 2.5k per night charges for the services provided. Not value for money.nnCleaning and Maintenance need lot of improvement, bedsheets had holes. Rooms were dusty and triggered my dust allergy. 4-5 big cockroaches came out of the bed at night!nTop floor lacks geyser, AC at the time of visit. Rates are same as ground floor.nnFood is just okay, not great. The dining room beside the lake is horribly dirty.nnPeople in service were very good but lacked experience, always serving with a smile.nnGarden is very well maintained, sea is nearby but there is no sea view rooms.nnI was wondering why this resort is so highly rated on google reviews. I came across some reviews which i think are paid reviews. Screenshots attached so that you can make your own mind.

It was really awesome. Good big and clean rooms. The staff was very helpful and services were really good. Many open spaces and greenery with a lake on the property as well. Perfect place for a relaxed weekend getaway with very very tasty food.

Nice place. Spacious rooms. And the courtyard is also nice. No tension of crowd and contagion

Beautifully built property with farm house like experience, a must stay location near Chandipur beach. Boating facilities and a decent park adds more weightage to this property. Beach is nearly 300 meters away, so anyone can easily walk into it from this place. Really had a memorable stay with my family at this place.

Green environment, beautiful park, boating, quality of food served here very good. The behavior of room attended and staff of the hotel is excellent. Rooms are spacious and well ventilated.
