Very nice,neat and clean, hospitality is also very well. Over all it's a good hotel.

I don't recommend. I just don't. Listen why! We checked in yesterday at this hotel seeing the big hoardings and building. At around 10.15 Pm, as we got late due to our ongoing Central govt duty.nThe person at front desk was drunk. He made us wait a long time. Then he took us for showing rooms and he disappeared. We kept on searching for him and he suddenly appeared. He was drinking in the other room. Then he took keys to show rooms, and couldn't figure out the room keys. We asked for single/double rooms, separate beds and he couldn't understand any. Then we got rooms. One room had no tap in bathroom. We adjusted. Later there were no blankets, we had to keep persuading.nThen came the food part. We ordered chicken hyderabadi, prawns, plain roti and mix veg. We waited in the restaurant, ot was late. We waited as we understood that there were very less staff and it was already late, around 12:00 am. Then came a big sound, like carried food being fallen on the ground. We wanted to see, but then it was like trespassing so we waited. Then he brought food. Now listen, the sound that we heard was actually of food falling on the floor, and he actually picked all up from the floor and served us. I was alert when i saw the chappatis with sabzi being smeared on the back side of almost 8-10 rotis. The rotis were swept on the floor. Then came the mixed veg which had a PRAWN on top of it with a little gravy around it. Actually the prawns have slipped too and he picked it up and placed us. When asked, he said its a odia cuisine to eat prawn in mix veg. ud83eudd23 And when enquired about the rest of the prawns, he said it was inside the mixed veg and i actually checked the mixed veg cause he actually could do that.nAt last seeing all the nuisance we confronted then in a befitting way and at last they admitted. The MD apologized which I'm not sure if were in a sober state.nLater they served us new food.nOverall I'd like to say that, it's a good property, located conveniently with good parking space , food and rooms. But the kind of service is disappointing, which if rectified will be good.nVery bad experience.
