One of the best hotel in Balasore, it was a good stay ,warm welcome ,hospitalible staff,polite&coopereative behaviour of the hotel staff, good rooms with all basic amenities and beautiful interior. Best part about the hotel, is located in prime location of balasore and can be easily accessible to all the restaurants and party

Please do not stay here. The staffs are not behaving properly to customers. They took gst amount from us nd gave fraud GST bill. If you check their gst status, it's suspended. For corporate officer, one can not claim gst. By asking them regarding the gst discrepancy, they ignored, misbehaved. You can check gst status in GST portal. The staffs do not know the courtesy how to treet a customer.nnVery disappointing. Request all to not stay here. Raise complaint.

Walkable distance from balasore railway station. Very friendly staff with neat, clean and well maintained rooms.
