Stayed here for a night. Most terrible place. The owner is a crook. He promises a lot and does nothing. No stores or food outlets nearby. We had a tough time at this place. Never ever bother this place. Just ignore. Close to Karaikal beach is the selling point of this business and all else is horrible.

No.1 fraud hotelnPlease don't book here ,if you book and visit there hotel owner will start complaining about yatra and expect you to pay much higher.if you say no he will tell no room and he will suggest you to go some low class lodge .. when you complaint about this to yatra he will tell a false information to yatra saying customer not liked room so they went..from my experience I have never seen a fraudster like him ..even am thinking of filing complaint against him n yatra for not refunding booked amount.

CHEATED BY THE OWNER. DO NOT BOOK IT. I Booked a room in yatra and paid the full amount through yatra (Rs. 1413). When we arrived at the property, the owner denied to give room when he came to know that its online booking. He forces people to go to a LOCAL LODGE or stand on the road which has no facilities and mostly deserted at night. There is no facilities around the hotel and its a deserted place and unsuitable for couples. Kindly donot go to this place as he is not a reliable person to give you rooms. He promised to give refund and later he says since you didnot go to the local lodge he wont do the refund. The time was peak season in karaikal (26 jan 2021) and we were not able to get other rooms. We had to roam around and find a better hotel. Donot book this hotel at any cost.

FRAUD HOTEL IN KARAIKAL. Wont give any stars to this hotel. Please dont book rooms here. The owner is a fraud who gets all the money from booking websites like yatra and says that he is not operating any rooms when he comes to know that we have done ONLINE booking AND PAID FULL AMOUNT. He forces customers to go to a lodge of his choice and stay. We were standing on the road as he denied to allocate the room we had booked in yatra. We spent auto fare to search another hotel and luckily got another hotel late at the night. I have still not got any refund from this guy though he promised to refund the amount paid to him through yatra. Dont book any hotel and donot rely on their service.
