Had a decent stay here. The rooms were a bit dirty and service was slow but nothing too bad. Ambience was good - Not 5 star good but decent. One thing to be careful of is that they close everything down around 11 pm in Jalandhar (even hotels lol... which is crazy). But the guard is always sleeping behind the reception so you could knock. Breakfast - they don't have a dedicated kitchen but it was okay i guess.

The rooms are not clean. The shower faucet was broken. The towels and bedsheets were used. The interiors were nice but it wasn't maintained properly. They only gave paranthas as complimentary breakfast for oyo rooms. There was a salon also there. But overall it wasn't up to the mark because oyo listed it as a premium hotel.

Only good thing about this place is its location its present right next to bus stand.. Rooms are small.. not clean.. wifi doesn't work.. everything is bad

It was costly as per facilities.... moreover basic amenities like soap, slipper, bathing kit was not available....n if you are traveling with own car ..it's a big no......they don't have parking

Hotel staff is negligent. Lack of responsibility even for basic amenities like water, wifi etc.
