Nice property but zero hospitality. There is no proper reception or staff. There were only two guards in the name of hotel manager who behaved in a very rudely.nnThey have no restaurant or kitchen in the hotel. You have to order food from outside and the guards (because there is no staff) does not even help you to warm up the food.nnUnlike any basic hotel in the world, they don't even provide water bottles everyday. Everything from water bottles, to cutlery to eat the ordered food was chargeable.nnwe paid same price for 4 rooms but while two rooms were large, two were extremely old fashioned and small.nnWe were travelling with 3 small kids under the age of 5 but the guards denied us to use the washroom on arrival until we checked in. How inhumane was that!nnPeople who are paying heaps for stay won't mind paying additional amount for water and cutlery but it would be great if these things are mentioned upfront on the booking pages.nnWe went there to celebrate new year's eve with family and it was totally ruined!
